I believe that art is pure communication. It is an expression of feelings and ideas shared between the artist and the viewer. A profound connection to others and our world can be experienced this way.   My hope is to communicate love and wonder.

 

I enjoy collecting a variety of objects and materials for incorporation into future works, and surrounding myself with found objects for inspiration. Unusual color and line captures my imagination. I strive for a combination of unlikely elements to stimulate curiosity and present ordinary objects in a new light.

 

It is important for me to foster the arts in others, especially children.
